Manipulation required to unblock a HTC :

Turn on HTC with your new SIM card.
Enter your PIN if you have one
Your unlock code is required, you just have to dial!
Alternative handling for rare HTC models :
- Press "Program"
- File Explorer
- File - device name
- Windows - OK
- View all folders
- Sim lock
- Enter your unlock code HTC
- Validate
